Added WASD and ZQSD movement keys in Input Manager

Hey guys!!

I posted a devlog about changing your keyboard input methods in Windows 10 for playing with your keyboard WASD.

A couple of months ago, I wrote in twitter which keyboard and keys do people like to play. Arrow keys back in 90s  or WASD. I played with arrow keys when I was a kid. Not kidding.

So my keyboard is ZQSD and I have to change to WASD in windows keyboard input methods.

Because of the people who are indiedevs too. They told me about "Input Manager" in Unity Editor. You can actually add another key to play the game.

In my game, you can play WASD and... ZQSD.

- keyboard layout -

- AZERTY keyboard -> ZQSD
- QWERTY keyboard -> WASD

How to you do that? I will show you..

First go to Edit and next to Project Settings.

Example of image of Unity Editor -> Project Settings location.

You will find Input Manager on the left side. And I am giving you my example how I did for my game.

Example image of Input Manager in Where Is Here: New Home.

Alt Negative /Positive button for Horizonal is:
- WASD: A and D

Negative /Positive button for Horizonal is:
- ZQSD: Q and D

Horizontal in Unity Editor means LEFT AND RIGHT!

Alt Negative /Positive button for Vertical is:
- WASD: S and W

Negative /Positive button for Vertical is:
- ZQSD: S and Z

Vertical in Unity Editor means FORWARD AND BACKWARDS!

I found a video to understand what this all means in smaller details.
